Primarius Apprime Indignitas
|Born in a Cardassian Labor Camp in the Bajor sector, Emperor Davis grew up hating the Alliance as much as the bleak existance he had to endure for much of his childhood. He escaped the labor camp and shipped aboard a Klingon battleship as a servant to the ship's captain. The Klingon captain took an instant liking to the Emperor when he displayed an aptitude for the Klingon martial art "moQ'bara". The crew often allowed the humans aboard to practice with the a bat'letH as they proved to not only wound each other, but themselves, providing the crew entertainment. The Emperor on the other hand, never injured himself and after proving his worth against formidable human opponents was allowed to spar against a member of the Klingon crew. After relieving the crewman of his left arm with little difficulty, the Emperor was given an unprecendented opportunity of taking the crewman's place after the captain had him killed in disgrace. The Emperor went on to learn every system on the ship, serving as navigator, weapons officer, and later second officer. When he became a trusted member of the crew, joining the captain's own family, only then did the Emperor finally show is true hate and contempt for the Klingons, even though they had not only saved him from a life of slavery on the Cardassian camp, but made him part of their culture. His plan was simple, when he had the late watch on the bridge with only two Klingon crew, he secretly gathered the humans and other non-Klingons servants to safe parts of the ship before deactivating the life support on the areas inhabitented by the Klingons. He easily dispatched the two bridge crewman with his D'k tahg dagger, then watched via viewscreen the Klingons below decks die a slow, agonizing, and dishonorable death. Their deaths brought great satisfaction to the Emperor because he denied them a warriors death, and freed himself from their subjugation at the same time. Although the death of one Klingon crew did little to even the score for the Alliance destroying the Terran Empire, it was a good start thought the Emperor. Then, with the help of the freed humans and other aliens, he tutored them into a hap-hazard crew and took the Battlecruiser into the Badlands where he had heard stories of human and other species banding together in a resistance against the Alliance. Once there, he'd work on more revenge in the name of the Terran Empire.
Once he found the resistance fighters, he helped organize them into a new resistance force, and named them for the freedom fighters of ancient Earth, the Maquis. Within a short time, he would be the leader of that resistance force, their Commander-in-Chief. He organized their rag-tag fleet of ships stolen and liberated from the Emprie, then helped them rise out of the ashes of the broken and dominated Terran Empire, to form a new Empire, an Empire of the Maquis. This new Empire, based within the Badlands and areas of the Bajor Sector which was the Emperor's childhood home, soon became a major power in the quadrant, protected by new ships built by the Maquis' own shipyards, planets became self sufficient, and outpots served as early warnings for attack. Within a decade, he stepped down as CINC, handing over the reigns to his trusted ally and friend, Force Admiral Rob Johnson, who bacame the new Commander-in-Chief Imperial Maquis Forces, and he was named Emperor of Maquis Space.

|Gary's fandom experiences started with the Starfleet International Chapter, USS Royal Sovereign in Orange Park, FL. Signing aboard as a mere member, it was only a few months later that he received his commission as an officer when he assumed the position of Communications Officer running the chapter's newsletter. Within six months he was applying for the position of chapter vice president when the chapter's VP moved from the area. Elected as ship's XO, he was promoted to Commander. Over the next two years he served as XO an attended many conventions and helping with security. After the club suffered from growing pains and the divergence of some of the member's interest, he applied to Starfleet Region 2 for his own chapter. Commissioned as Shuttlecraft Nebula and chapter in training, he and seven members of the Royal Sovereign split from the mothership and became their own chapter. Six months later at the Starfleet International Conference, Shuttlecraft Nebula was bestowed full chapter status and became USS Nebula. Gary was promoted to Captain and received his "fourth pip" from Sovereign's CO herself. After another six months as a full fledged chapter in Starfleet, it became apparent that the politics of the organization, the money mongering, the pettiness of the national leadership had no place in fandom. In the end it was apparent that Nebula had no place in Starfleet as well when the membership voted to go independent from the organization. Another six months saw Nebula go from independent to the designation as Maquis fan club and the eventual banding together with several other independent fan clubs, thus Maquis Forces was born. When overseas chapters joined the organization when the fan club went to the internet, the name changed to Maquis Forces International. Gary was appointed the "Force Admiral", Commander in Chief, Maquis Forces International and the fan club started to grow.|
