Biography: LT.COL. Tracy Hoyt is a Graduate of the StrFleet Officers training course, as well as the Officers candidate School. She has also Graduated From Starfleets College of Spirituality and holds a Chaplains certification.

LT. Col. Hoyt is Current assigned to the MFS CHRISTINE HOAGLAND MCC-80113 as the Excutive officer, as well as the excecutive officer of VMC-513th "Flyin nightmares" the ships composite air wing.She is also assigned to the U.S.S. Jack Fletcher NCC-2127 assigned to Starfleets 5th fleet command, as the ships Chief medical officer, and the Ships Assistant Chief Chaplain.

LT. Col. Hoyt is a Klingon female, having the typical Klingon views about honor, and the typical Klingon Personality traits of an Aggressive nature and a fondness for edged weapons, as well as hand to hand combat.
