Authorization Order 3006 - MFI Reorganization for Counter-Terrorism

WHEREAS, The International Coordinator of MFI, as Commander-in-Chief assumes the ability to reorganize MFI; and

WHEREAS, Continued threats in the society today demand a level of security and continued stability; and.

WHEREAS, A more directed control of resources is obviously needed.

NOW THEREFORE, I, Samuel S. H. Cummings, pursuant to the powers vested in me as International Coordinator and Commander-in-Chief of Maquis Forces International, hereby ORDER the following:

1. Dissolution of the MFI Constitution.

• As of 1500 GMT, 04 September 2007, the MFI Constitution is hereby officially dissolved.

2. Organization Realignment.

• Maquis Forces International is now known as the "MAQUIS FEDERATION," in the spirit of a Federal system of governement shown in our autonomous groups and cells.
  

3. IC Office Realignmment.

• The Office of International Coordinator is hereby dissolved, to be reconstituted as "PRESIDENT OF THE MAQUIS." The sitting IC hereby assumes the office, a title held for life, or until resignation, not requiring any confirmation or confidence vote.
  

4. Declaration of Martial Law.

• Marshal law is immediately declared. All cells fall within the direct authority of the President of the Maquis until further notice.

5. Invalidity of any part of this order shall not effect the remainder of this order.
