This process was created to deal with local needs, as FCPT Ferber already commands one ship in an another organization. XO BGEN Williams has resigned as of 17 JAN 2006. Will be opening position for assignment once CO can be contacted. Zone 3 Unit of the Year - awarded to ICV HEGHNACH as this ship has been the most active vessel in Zone 3.
Zone 3 Volunteer of the Year - awarded to FCPT David W. Ferber, for volunteering in the local mental health industry in excess of 40-60 hours a month for nearly the entire year of 2004.
Zone 3 Rebel of the Year - awarded to FCOL Larry Henderson, for maintaining constant and open lines of communication, for recruiting a new ship that should be fitting out soon (to be called MFS Black Pearl), and leading his vessel, the MFS-M PHANTOM, to a very active year in his local fan scene.
