NL Draft-Dec 05/Jan 06 Zone VR

Greetings from the new VR Coordinator.

First off, a bit about myself...my name is Robert Torres aka M'HutIhpung zantai SalHov, and am the CO of the MFS Hell's Fury. I have a few plans in mind for the zone, one of which is the creation of a zone awards program and another is increased communication with the zone chapters.
