Presented by outgoing IC FADM Gary Davis: Rear Admiral Will Robertson, MFI's computer "guru". He picked up the ball after having it passed by Laura and gave our website a makeover, a tune-up, and dropped a V-8 in while he was at it. Will is simply "DA MAN" when it comes to computer operations for MFI. Will amazed me so much in what he does in MFI, I talked my company into hiring him to work on the website, so Will has had the distinction of hearing me gripe about TWO worlds, our Maquis fandom world, and the real world of business as he works on BOTH my websites (GRIN)

Commander Ben Kokochak

1st Recipient of the "Order Of The Maquis"
Awarded posthumously in grateful recognition for the enourmous impact Ben made in his all too short time with MFI. Ben left his lasting mark on the look and feel of MFI's visual presence by selflessly designing and contributing numerous professional quality graphic designs. The emblems and logos will continue to remind our members of Ben's virtual presence for years to come.

2nd Recipient of the "Order Of The Maquis"
Forever known as the "Father of the Maquis Academy", he tirelessly labored to create our Academy from nothing. He designed everything that served as the foundation of the Academy including some of the basic courses, the ribbons we now use, and the medals we use.

3rd Recipient of the "Order Of The Maquis"
FADM Davis is the founding father of MFI. He has long been the inspiring force behind this organization and has been the heart and core of the Maquis for nearly a decade. For his outstanding dedication, leadership, and loyality to this organization, the Coordinators Council hereby presents to Force Admiral Gary Davis our highest honor, The Order of the Maquis.
Awarded at the first MFI Change of Command on the 1st of November 2004.

Admiral Laura "Goody" Hartwell

Ootm.jpg

Recipient of the "Order Of The Maquis"
Presented by outgoing IC FADM Gary Davis: Admiral Laura Hartwell, MFI's first "Vice" and one of my three "Number Ones" from my first fandom command, USS NEBULA. Laura or "Goody" as we all affectionately know her, is simply the TOPS in my book. I've never met a more selfless, kind, and caring woman as she is.
Awarded at the first MFI Change of Command on the 1st of November 2004.

Admiral Rob "Robert J McCoy, MD" Johnson

Ootm.jpg

Recipient of the "Order Of The Maquis"
Presented by outgoing IC FADM Gary Davis: Admiral Rob Johnson, My first "Number One" on the USS NEBULA. He helped me form the NEBULA and met my wife and I through our first love in fandom, costume making. Rob has been my conscience, my sounding board, and my confidant for many years. I hope we never stop reading each other's minds and finishing each other's sentences.
Awarded at the first MFI Change of Command on the 1st of November 2004.

Admiral Thomas Donohoe

Recipient of the "Order Of The Maquis"
Presented by outgoing IC FADM Gary Davis: Admiral Tom Donohoe, NEBULA's second "Number One", MFI's second and long lasting Vice, and my right arm for so many years. MFI is today because of Tom's involvement. Tom has been there from nearly the beginning, we've seen "action" together in wars of fandom over the years and we continue to fight the good fight from the trenches. My world would be lost without Tom.
Awarded at the first MFI Change of Command on the 1st of November 2004.
