To access IRC you need an IRC client: IF I use Fleetchat.org progam I don't have install a IRC Client. Correct? When I use your address of "maquischat.fleetchat.org" I see the window of" FLEETCHAT SERVER" but it will not connect. Allyson of Fleet chat told me to "clear your stored files on your browser". And I did! It still don't work. I been running this bloodly client since I got involved with MFI/SFI and use the client for many chat with various groups. Region Two and several other channels.

A client is a seperate program from the browser. Even when using SeaMonkey, it's a seperate function and opens in a seperate window. Never place a server address in a browser's address bar. If you don't want to download and use a client then go to Fleetchat's Java Interface and use that. "maquiscat.fleetchat.org" will ONLY work in a client, not a browser. The Java app will automatically go to the fleetchat servers and you can jump right to the /join command.
