Question: What are the conditions for General Quarters Five?

Comments: The destruct sequence you have used was used in the mid to late 23rd Century.

Commanding Officer would state their name, rank, and "Destruct sequence 1, code 1-1 A"
First Officer would state their name, rank, and "Destruct sequence 2, code 1-1 A-2B"
Second Officer would state their name, rank, and "Destruct sequence 3, code 1 B-2B-3"
Computer reply: "Destruct sequence completed and engaged. Awaiting final code for one-minute countdown."
Commanding Officer would reply: "Code zero zero zero. Destruct. Zero."

Mid/Late 24th Century would use Commanding and First Officer's handprint and voice authorization.

Late 24th Centruy would use:

Commanding Officer would state: "Computer, initiate auto-destruct sequence, authorization (name) (code)"
Command Officer would state: "Computer, initiate auto-destruct sequence, authorization (name) (code)"
Command Officer would state: "Computer, initiate auto-destruct sequence, authorization (name) (code)"
Computer asks for the final code to start the sequence.
Commanding Officer would state: "This is (rank name). Destruct sequence Alpha-One. (number) minutes, (auidible/silent) countdown"
