i'm creating a page?!

Not Quite...

Actually, you've created a Discussion area.

To add to this discussion, simply click on the "+" tab (on the top row, next to the "edit" tab).

We'll need to play around to see what all we are able to do with "Discussion" pages. Hopefully, the various Branches can utilize these the same way Yahoo Groups work, so we may pull everyone back into the "Maquis.Com" Domain!

One thing I ask...
PLEASE use the "Signature" button on the "toolbar" above, so we know who posted.

Add your comments and, then add your signature, right?

Navigation Block

I was looking at the Navigation block to the left and thinking that there needs to be certain links that are always available at all times.

I believe it should look like this:

Main Page Community Portal MFI Constitution CellFinder Coordinators Council Membership Dept or Membership Applications Monthly Status Report Recent Changes Random Page Help

Of course this is just my opinion, but I believe that these are the most important pages that one should be able to go to at any time, particularly the Constitution and the Cell Finder

Yeah... agreed...BUT

The Navigation Block/Window is Un-Editable. Those Pages are the only ones that can go there (in THIS Version of Wiki). If it could be done, we would have changed that block MONTHS ago (Sigh...).

Well then how did we add Main Page? It wasn't there before. I remember when there was a thing about having Community Portal as the Site Index. Then Main Page got added in to the Navigation box

Main Page was always there. But it was only a Wiki version of the maquis.com "Splash" page. Not needing a Wiki version of the Splash Page, we eliminated it and moved the Site Index from "Community Portal" to "Main Page" (as it is now) and turned Community Portal into another completely different page (the Members Area).
