RP Bio Summary: Frank Epstein, alias Uncle Frank, alias Laughing Frank, alias Frankie the Fish, alias Harry Truman, alias Cary Grant, alias The Village Idiot, alias The Leaning Tower of Frank, is known for his inimitable luck and his love of liquid libations.
Epstein has the dubious distinction of being thrown off of every station or ship he has ever been on, until signing aboard the HECATE. The reasons for this include womanizing, drunkeness, gambling, loan-sharking, among several other unsavory activities.
