The Retired IC's personal shuttle is parked on Pad D at MFI Headquarters - Empok Nor.

This small craft was built in the Badlands after the return of USS Voyager from the Delta Quadrant. Plans for the "Delta Flyer" were downloaded into Starfleet Command Headquarters Computers and appropriated by a Maquis computer tap. The retired IC then had the "Badlands Flyer" commissioned from the plans.
