The Recreational runabout is parked on Pad F at MFI Headquarters - Empok Nor. Ideally, a runabout is piloted by two to four crew members, although one pilot will suffice. The pilot's consoles are forward facing in front of two large windows. The two large windows are equipped with retractable blast shutters. View screens mounted within the forward corners of the cabin are used for External Viewing, Video Communication and Ship Status displays. The Cockpit seats four people. "Sometimes when the customer just can't come to the party, the party needs to go to the customer" - Quark, DS9. The "Holo-Suite" & "Bar" modules were designed by the Ferengi Quark, who also named this ship. Quark considers St. Patrick "the Patron Saint of Party Animals". This long-range, dynamic vessel would be piloted by a 4 Flight Officers. The Mid-Ship Rear facing Transporters are sectioned off from the Cockpit, which keeps the Customers from inadvertently wandering into this area unannounced. This Runabout has a maximum capacity of 21 persons, consisting of 2 to 4 Lounge Staff, 4 Flight Crew and 12 customers. In order to accommodate the Holo-Suites, an extra Power Generator has been added.
