The following is a report written by Col. Tyler Pugh, FCol Paul Williams and, Maj. Matthew Russel.

Col Pugh: Team V was successful in deploying to Havaris without detection, we proceeded to the settlement located at 745921.6 and found it to be destroyed. The brutality that was seen at the settlement goes beyond that of the Cardassians normal intimidation tactics. Several bodies were found hanging from trees on the settlements outskirts; others were put on display throughout the settlement. The most disturbing was when we entered the medical facility. The walls and floor were covered in blood and on the operating tables several Cardassian and Bajoran women were found dead, each of them were in various stages of pregnancy. According to F/Col Williams the women died of severe blood loss resulting from having there unborn children violently removed while they were still alive. This all seemed like some sort of ritual as the blood on the floor formed several strange patterns analyses from the computer has determined the symbols resemble those of the Bajoran religious cult of the Pah-Wraiths, the fetuses were not found . And if things weren’t strange enough according to computer analysis there were three different weapon signatures found, One Cardassian two Breen and the Third was Unknown.

Col Pugh: We managed to link up with some survivors and members that were part of the local militia before the attack. They have apologized for firing at us while we were in the settlement luckily for them we did not kill them. Those who managed to escape fled into the jungle and have set up a base of operations in a cave system under a waterfall; it’s kind of nice actually. Their leader is a Cardassian deserter by the name of Gal Torma apparently he did not like the Bajoran occupation very much; he was in charge of the settlement militia. His plan was to hold off long enough hoping someone had picked up their distress call. I informed him that we are a recon team from the Maquis forces. He has sent out some scouting parties and gave me coordinates for three key locations. He informed us that those who survived and did not escape were taken prisoner and sent to this location 745921.8. He also states that the Breen have 5 shield generators at this location 745921.22 and that there was a command post set up in some old ruins at 745921.10. According to his estimates he has determined there were more Breen than Cardassian when asked about the third attackers Gal Torma said they may have been Bajoran but they did not look like any Bajoran he had ever seen, they were wearing strange armour and were firing really odd phasers. He said some of the Bajoran settlers may know more about this than he. Team V has been split up into its three sections, I will take Section one and head to the command post. Maj. Russell will take section two and head to the slave encampment. F/Col Williams will take section 3 and head to the Breen shield generators. To help the survivors we have supplied limited medical help and some small arms, if these guys can be properly armed they can be an asset to our forces. Col Pugh Out.

Col Pugh: We have located the command post of the hostile force, we managed to find an elevated position looking down into the ruins approximately 1km away. From a tactical point the ruins appear to be a very old fortress used long ago; however the position will be hard to take, only one way in and that through the front.
As it is situated in the rock bed of a cliff, however it’s an old building and I am sure it doesn’t meet the Federation building code. We have also have eyes on a priority target Gul Korin Rusot who seems to be leading the operation and has been seen speaking with the Breen Commander and an Unknown Bajoran who is wearing something that resembles high priest robes covered in Pah-Wraith symbols and is accompanied by two Pah Wriath Warriors described by Gal Torma, we managed to intercept some communications between the Par Wraith Bajoran and Rusot.

Russot: Preparations are almost complete, with the help of the Breen things are moving along better than expected. The shields will soon be in place. We will be protected from almost anything.
Pah-Wraith High Priest: Yes but, I have reports that the slaves building our facilities are not motivated but, then again weakness is what the false prophets bring. But none the less with our combined strength we shall take back what is ours. Bajor will once again be ruled by its true prophets, the Pah-Wraiths and Cardassia shall return to its true path.
Russot: Together Bajor and Cardassia will show the rest of the quadrant our true power; we shall do what Gul Dukat could not.

What ever they are planning it does not sound, good we now know the unknown force are Bajoran Pah-Wraith cultists but we still cannot determine their numbers or equipment. We did however discover that the command post is of Bajoran design and could be linked to the Pah-Wraiths. We have also seen transports come to the command post containing usually 2 to 5 male Bajorans they are taken by the Pah-Wraith Warriors inside the fortress what they are doing we do not know.
We will maintain position and continue to observe and report back with further updates.

F/Col Williams: Shield Generator depot located along with a very large Breen force around a thousand, off the top of my head. Majority seem to be soldiers, some are engineers. They have loaded the shield generators on transports and are taking them to various parts of the planet. We did mange to place tracking beacons on them and we were able to slow them down with a few well placed phaser shots. We managed to take out two transports but they should have them repaired soon enough. During that little op we lost two of our resistance fighters/allies to the Breen forces. The resistance force was able to distract the Breen from our position, we still remain undetected. The Breen head engineer was seen talking to a Bajoran. The Bajoran wore robes that displayed Pah-Wraith Symbols, he was also accompanied by 2 Pah-Wraith Warriors. It looked like the Pah-Wraith Bajoran was calling the shots and instructing the Breen where to go.
When we linked with our resistance allies’ one of them commented of the location of the three remaining shield generators, he said all three locations contained strange ruins that most of the planets inhabitants stay away from. Luckily one of the fighters was a scholar, his name is Kalnriese he told us that hundreds maybe even thousands of years ago an ancient and powerful Pah-Wraith cult inhabited this planet and, many of the ruins were their fortresses. But before they could attack Bajor and the prophets, something went wrong. Many believe the prophets destroyed the Pah-Wraith forces by creating a massive flood but the Pah-Wraith Fortresses were too strong and many warriors survived in these great fortresses. Again we do not know how many. It is said the Warriors of the Pah-Wraiths slumber and wait to be awoken to burn the stars and the Celestial Temple.
What ever the case may be, there seems to be something important in those ruins important enough to send shield generators to. We will try our best to slow them down but I don’t know what else we can do with out being compromised. F/Col Williams out.

Maj. Russell: We have located the slave encampment and have discovered that they are forcing the Bajorans to build Barracks, Warehouses and, bring in caches of weapons, fuel and other supplies from orbiting ships. One point to note, that we have yet to locate any Cardassian survivors except those with the resistance fighters. We have also witnessed several dead Bajorans in the center of the facility there bodies displayed for the other slave workers to see, looks like some form of motivation to get the job done quicker. We have also found another high priority target Krai Rajal, who seemed to be overseeing the operation along with a Bajoran Female who was dressed in robes donned in Pah-Wraith symbols and accompanied by 2 Pah-Wraith Warriors. Boldly we managed to sneak in with one of the Bajoran Resistance fighter and record the following with the Pah-Wraith Priestess and Krai Rajal.

Krai Rajal: Work would be done sooner if you would stop taking my workers. I know what you do is important but with out these facilities our forces will be ill equipped.
Pah-Wraith Priestess: This is nothing to compared to the power that sleeps beneath us, your forces are meaningless just simply protectors for the true warriors that slumber.
Krai Rajal: Meaningless how long did we occupy your pathetic rock we took it over in what a day.
Pah -Wraith Priestess: Those were not true Bajorans, they were followers of the false prophets. Weak and docile. If the Pah-Wraiths had ruled, your precious Cardassia would be nothing but a foot note in the Bajoran Empire. Besides weren’t the mighty Cardassian forces forced off Bajor by a bunch of rag tag rebels, then even with the help of the mighty Dominion the Federation and its allies managed to invade your home world and turn the once proud Cardassian Empire into nothing more than a child begging for scraps. Now I will take that one and that one. They shall become children of the Pah-Wraiths.

The two Pah-Wraith warriors loaded two male Bajorans into a transport and left the facility, where we think they are going is the command post, for what reason we do not know. What ever it is, Rajal does not seem too happy with the arrangement with the cultists. Even with the dwindling work force the facility is going up fast and we cannot risk being exposed for pointless sabotage attempts. We will maintain position and observe. Maj. Russell Out.

Col Pugh: After gathering all Intel we could we have returned to the Resistance Base in the Jungle. The Breen managed to deploy all shield generators to their locations against best attempts by F/Col Williams to slow them down. According Gal Torma, each of the ruins that the shield generators have been placed are near a settlement each with various populations. A shield generator was also delivered to the Command post at 745921.10. Maj. Russell reported that the Facility at 745921.8 was completed and, upon completion the remaining slaves were rounded up in transports and taken to the command post at 745921.10, were the Pah-Wraith Warriors shuttled them inside the ruined fortress. After establishing the unknown force to be Bajoran Pah-Wraith cultists, it is still unknown of their true strength or what kind of fire power they may have, but we have determined that something on this planet and with these ruins has something to do with it and, it cannot be a good thing. We have also found a large portion of the Cardassian population in a mass grave just 1km west of the Facility, all shot execution style. Some of the women had Pah-Wraith symbols carved in their forehead. We maintained an observation post at 745921.10 and 745921.8 to further monitor enemy forces. We have also picked up several vessels in the area and discovered additional Cardassian and Breen forces coming on to the planet. We believe that the other 4 settlements are being attacked by the Cardassian reinforcements. We don’t know because we cannot communicate with them.
