Authorization Order 3011 - Recommissioning of MFS Parallax

WHEREAS, The International Coordinator of MFI, serves as Commander-in-Chief of the Force; and

WHEREAS, Captain Nicholas Norton has been requested to assume command of DCU Parallax; and

WHEREAS, The DCU Parallax having long served MFI since 2001, is currently dry-docked and is required

NOW THEREFORE, I, Samuel S. H. Cummings, pursuant to the powers vested in me as International Coordinator and Commander-in-Chief of Maquis Forces International, hereby ORDER the following:

1. Reactivation of DCU Parallax.

• Decommissioned Unit Parallax is to be immediately reactivated in the Vessel Registry and recommissioned as Maquis Forces Ship Parallax, hull number MFI-RC-174657 and delivered to Empok Nor for the assignment of the Captain.
  

2. Assignment to Zone VR.

• Upon commissioning, MFS Parallax is to be assigned to Zone VR under the coordination of FCOL Robert Torres.
  

3. Assignment of Captain of DCU (MFS) Parallax.

• Captain Nicholas Norton is hereby requested and required to take command of DCU (MFS) Parallax as of this date.
  

4. Invalidity of any part of this order shall not effect the remainder of this order.

5. This order is effective immediately upon filing.
