Authorization Order 3017 - Founders Council Investiture

WHEREAS, The International Coordinator serves as Commander-in-Chief of the Force; and

WHEREAS, The sitting IC is able; by consultation of the super-majority of the Founders Council, to induct new members; and

WHEREAS, Vice Admiral J. William Robertson has distinguished himself as a member of the Coordinator Council in the last several years, since joining the Force on 30 November 1999; and

WHEREAS, The Founders Council wishes to induct VADM Robertson into its membership.

NOW THEREFORE, I, Samuel S. H. Cummings, pursuant to the powers vested in me as International Coordinator and Commander-in-Chief of Maquis Forces International, hereby ORDER the following:

1. Induction of VADM J. William Robertson into the Founders Council.

• VADM J. William Robertson is hereby inducted into the Founders Council, after having received the required, or greater than super majority vote, by virtue of his long and dedicated service to the Force.
  

2. Tier I Perpetuity.

• By virtue of his membership in the Founders Council, VADM Robertson is hereby returned to Tier I status - a status to be held in perpetuity; with all rights and privileges accorded to an officer on the Coordinator Council, such rights as he chooses to invoke are within his auspices, including access to any and all Tier I information.
  

3. Invalidity of any part of this order shall not effect the remainder of this order.

4. This order is effective immediately upon filing.
