Division Order Bibb 7 - Authorisation for platform development
The Division has a need for a long-term solution. The constant switching between platforms is not ideal. It is necessary to develop a system which can cater for our needs and is flexible for additions.
Such a system has been deemed possible with blue prints for this being created. I have extensive knowledge in the designing of applications and as such I intend to develop such as system myself employing where necessary the assistance of external contractors.
The project will be so named Project Spectrum with the final product being Spectrum V1.0.
It is also necessary to provide an approximate date of completion to accomodate these needs and as such, an estimated completion date of September 30, 2008 is publiscised.
