ROEs

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT:

1. Make all reasonable effort to avoid contact with Planetary Militia of either Atbar VI, or Goralis IV.

2. If engaged by the Planetary Militia, make all reasonable effort to minimize Militia casualties.

3. Do not engage targets from orbit. In special circumstances this order may be waived.

4. Avoid firing into civilian areas.
