Your "Edict" page states:
Two SIM Academy Training Programs have been established.They are the:
-Shuttle Enterprise Training Program
-Star Ship Millenia Training Program
What exactly ARE these "Training Programs"?
Do you have any information on them? Any information as to what the trainee would be "shown"? Information about how LONG it would take? Are there tests involved?
They are designed in effect for all prospective new members to 'THE SIMS'.
They will go onboard one of these two programs dependant on the amount of cadets enrolled.
The courses last 1-2 Weeks and are based around the idea that it is the Cadet Cruise. Onboard they learn all of the techniques OOC: and they do all the simming IC:
Upon completion of the course, they are transferred to a Mainstream Vessel and promoted to Ensign.
