Born to parents in the Federation Naval Patrol stationed at "Star City," in Russia, the brother of Force Admiral Samuel Cummings was a Colonel in the Starfleet Ground Forces during the conflict that broke out between Federation seperatists and the Cardassian Union which later became the Maquis. Colonel Wright, upon hearing his brother had joined the Maquis, came to his rescue with a fleet of Fighters when his vessel MFS Constellation was under attack. Commissioned a Captain in the Maquis Forces following his resigning Federation citizenship and tendering his Starfleet resignation, he took command of PARALLAX FLEET VFA-02, the Peregrine Class Tactical Fighter Squadron which is deployed with the Flagship of the Maquis Forces. His interests include Military history, Computer and communication technology, heraldry and reading.
