Maybe it is just me, but the template you used appears to me to be messed up. If so, try the one below. It is not as compact, but it works good. You can edit it if you do not need all the parts. Open this page in edit mode and copy everything from the "center" command encloded in the greater/lessor brackets to the same command at the end. Then paste it into your page and modify the text, etc. Just be careful not to add or delete any of the formatting commands or the table that everything is built around may get messed up. If in doubt, delete a part and then hit "show preview" to look at how it was affected. You can always go back and put it back if it did not work out. Oh and save your work every now and then so you can go back to the last place it was good.
PS- You might want to use a Klingon image instead of the one shown. Try:
