The Duties and Jobs of the Vice International Coordinator
As quoted from the Constitution of Maquis Forces International, the VIC is the second in command of MFI and shall preside over the CC in the FADM's absence. The VIC is responsible for the smooth operation of the organization as a whole, including the commissioning and decommissioning of new and special interest departments (to include, but not limited to MFI Branches of Service, Zones, et. al.)
The VIC will be responsible for all issue resolutions beyond the purview of the Chief of Staff. The VIC is to represent the ideas of the FADM to the organization to the CC; and shall represent the club as a whole to the international community and to other fan clubs. The VIC will preside over CC meetings and serve as moderator.
The base duties of the VIC include the reports of readiness of the MFI Branches of Service, such as:
The Maquis Naval Forces
The Maquis Forces Marine Corps
The Klingon Task Force
The Maquis Special Forces (Special Security Division and Special Operations Command)
The VIC shall also preside over the The Administrative Council, including the office of the Chief Maquis Advisor.
Other duties are granted at the discretion and pleasure of the IC.
