The Main Room (Mary Queen of Scots Room) can be divied into three sections. For "Maquis-Con", we will divide in into two. The larger of the rooms, Mary Room, will be entered with convention pass only and used for the opening ceremony, MFI Change of Command (Chapel), guest stars' speaking engagements/autograph signing, and closing ceremony.
The remaining rooms will be combined. The Queen/Scots Room will be used for the dealers' tables and will be open to the public.
Located on the second floor accessible via halway and stariwell near the Mary Queen of Scots Room will be the meeting rooms. We will set the Lion Room up throughout the weekend for a "Video Room" and will run various videos to be determined. The Loch Room will be utlized for the MFI Captain's Calls throughout the weekend. We will have one more yet to be determiend room for other club's/organization's use.
