To that end, we are gathering information, hotel bids, and looking at budgets to not only provide you with a first rate convention experience, but to do so affordably and responsibly. So far we have three ideas on the table.
1) Crown Plaza Hotel - Louisville, KY- Location that has been courting us to hold an annual event for some years. Recently underwent a 26 million dollar upgrade to their facilties.
2) Doubletree Hotel - Washington, DC- Walking distance to the Monuments and Museums. I have been dying to visit the Air Space Museum and see the original filming model for the original series which is housed there, the only piece of fiction in that museum. What a place to hold a meeting, and to make it over there and lay eyes on the model that started it all!
