Colonel Griffin is currently serving as Commanding Officer of USS Pathfinder, a commandeered Federation starship of Nova/Pathfinder Class. I was born in New Berlin in 2341. My father admiral James Griffin is in charge of Starfleet special ops. My mother Abigail Griffin is an engineer at Starfleet corps of engineers developing transwarp drive from Borg technology. Her great, great, great Grandfather was Jonathon Archer. When I was 18 in 2359 I was accepted to Starfleet marine academy. I was in the Green Squadron the elite academy group. Then after five years, in 2364 I graduated top of my class with full honors and was posted on the marine battle ship USS Avenger with the rank of 2nd Lieutenant at the tactical station. I was assigned to the USS Avenger for 3years after that I was assigned to the MEKK squadron in 2367with the Rank of 1st lieutenant. For 6years I was in many covert operations thru this time I was promoted to Captain. I also was awarded the Federation medal of valor. In 2373 I was promoted to Major and put in command of the infamous (DEATH WING) MEKK squadron. We where dispatched to the front lines in the Bajoran sector. To strengthen the federation presents in case the dominion invaded. In 2374 open war with the Dominion Brock out. My squad was first to see battle, and the first to see blood. In the first three months in the war I lost 10 pilots all good friends. On May 17, 2374 I was hit in the chest by a Jem’Hadar Disruptor, I was in ICU for three weeks when I returned the Squad was reassigned to the Klingon MEKK ship Kovek. The captain did not like fact that humans had joined is beloved MEKK group, but he had to follow the orders of chancellor Gowron. I quickly gained his trust you see I saved his life several times, for this I was awarded the klingon medal of valor, and the Medal of Honor. After the Dominion War I was asked on behalf of Gowron himself to come to Qo’noS and accept the order of the bat’leth. I was the first human to be given this award it was a great honor. When I got back to Earth UFP awarded me with the Federation Cross of bravery, the Pike medal for Valor, and promoted me to Colonel, and gave me a ship to command. Starfleet assigned me to the construction of new U.S.S Pathfinder a Nova/Pathfinder Class (a marine frigate). The U.S.S Pathfinder launched on May 6th 2377.the USS pathfinder is a MEKK deployment ship, onboard was my old first officer when I was commander of the Death Wing Squad. He was now in charge go the group the hole group was loyal to me. Also where most of the officers because I served with them at one time or another. So on March, 8th 7380 the chef Engineering faked a Warp core breach and all the crew escaped in the lifeboats. And the officers and I defected to the Maquis because we felt that the federation mistreated their citizens along the borders. And I became the MEKK Commander. From the USS Pathfinder I control the hole MFI’s MEKK program.
