This was A Possible Top LCARS "NavBar" (Directory/NavBox) Prototype... It would have been "Left Justified".
This is obviously what we ended up going with.
[edit] Possible Sidebar Replacement
"lcarsData" from MediaWiki suggested using a Blank Bar as a Sidebar Background and Superimpose the current Non-Graphic links over the Blanks.
