Deployments of the MFS Parallax Fleet
Because the MFS Parallax carries the International Coordinator, the Tactical and Strike Fighters generally remain deployed during official functions at Condition Green, but are immediately deployed during Condition Yellow or Condition Red to counter any possible threat that may come to the fleet. Made up of the best pilots of the entire Maquis, the Defense/Offense wings are proven vessels in combat operations. Generally, the Type-9 Shuttlecraft are not deployed because of thier limited travel capacity and defenses.
Condition Green
Fleet Deployed in groups, generally for practice of maintaining formation. Battle excersizes are conducted upon recommendation of the CAG and/or the Wing Commanding Officer, or Command Duty Officers (CDO). Weapons are unpowered and vessels are generally operating at Full Impulse or less. Because of the shape of the MFS Parallax, the Warp field envelops the whole fleet, allowing for the ships to remain deployed easily at high warp, if need be.
Condition Yellow
Fleet is Deployed in slightly more spread out order. Weapons are charged, but remain in standby mode for immediate activation. Tactical and Fighter Wings link Sensor systems with the Bridge of MFS Parallax for extended and more accurate sensor readings. Excersize and practice operations cease, CDOs are relieved and CAG/Wing COs report for duty.
Condition Red
Fleet is deployed in staggered Combat formation, Sensors systems are all independent in preperation for attack. Weapons are fully energized and ready for fire. CDOs are relieved and CAG/Wing COs report for duty. Condition Red can only be ordered by CAG/Parallax Commanding Officer.
