Authorization Order 3003 - Establishment of Maquis Security Advisor
WHEREAS, The International Coordinator of MFI, as Commander-in-Chief of MFI, wishes to recognize the sovereign right to secure the organization as a whole from any possible threat, via fandom or in actuality; and
WHEREAS, The International Coordinator of MFI wishes to streamline said efforts, amongst others in the same field and arena; and
WHEREAS, a pending Constitutional amendment will allow for the creation of a Tier I Level Office to coordinate such efforts.
NOW THEREFORE, I, Samuel S. H. Cummings, pursuant to the powers vested in me as International Coordinator and Commander-in-Chief of Maquis Forces International, hereby ORDER the following:
1. Establishment of the MAQUIS SECURITY ADVISOR position on the Coordinator Council
- A position to be filled by declaration at a later date, the Maquis Security Advisor job description will include the following, but not limited to:
- Provide the CC with Intelligence information on any sort of threat or security concern of MFI, such as background/reference checks of prospective members who could pose a problem or danger to the general membership.
- Intelligence programs in other organizations, which allow for the covert monitoring of other organizations which could pose a threat to the security and stability to MFI via the SSD and SOC.
- Oversee and Coordinate the SSD and SOC as Branches of MFI.
- Provide the IC and CC a means by which Intelligence and Counter-intelligence can be conducted via one person and office.
This order goes into effect immediately upon filing.
