Authorization Order 3012 - Flag Officer Appointment - Oliver Savander

WHEREAS, The International Coordinator of MFI, serves as Commander-in-Chief of the Force; and

WHEREAS, Colonel Oliver Savander, Sr. has distinguished himself as a member of the Maquis Forces Marine Corps; and

WHEREAS, Having been a member of the Maquis Forces since December 22, 2005, serving in capacities including Deputy Commandant and Acting Commandant of the Marine Corps.

NOW THEREFORE, I, Samuel S. H. Cummings, pursuant to the powers vested in me as International Coordinator and Commander-in-Chief of Maquis Forces International, hereby ORDER the following:

1. Promotion of COL Oliver Savander.

• Colonel Savander is hereby immediately appointed the rank of Force Colonel, with all the rights, responsibilities and privileges thereunto pertaining.
  

2. Invalidity of any part of this order shall not effect the remainder of this order.

3. This order is effective immediately upon filing.
