Authorization Order 3002 - Promotion Authrization
WHEREAS, The International Coordinator of MFI, as Commander-in-Chief of MFI, wishes to recognize the Command of Commander James Robinson of MSS Essex; and
WHEREAS, Commander James Robinson, as per the Constitution, is entitled to the rank of Captain in the Naval Forces as a commanding officer.
NOW THEREFORE, I, Samuel S. H. Cummings, pursuant to the powers vested in me as International Coordinator and Commander-in-Chief of Maquis Forces International, hereby ORDER the following:
1. Promotion to the rank of Captain.
- Commander Robinson, as of this date, is promoted to the rank of Captain, by virtue of his long and distinguished time in the Maquis; and his new position as Cell Commanding Officer.
Ordered at EMPOK NOR, 01 September 2007.
