-<font size=2><div align="left"><p>Welcome to the Official MFI Sim.</p><p> I am Sam Bibb, Department Head. MFI SIM is a Play-by-email Star Trek Roleplay.</p> We accept any members within the sim. Basically, as soon as you fill out the Application Form you will be contacted and told you have been offered a place on a Training Program. This Program basically details Simming Techniques with you and you will undergo your first mission. This Program is not compulsary however if you do not take it you will be an Enlisted Crew Members and Not an Officer.<p> Essentially you'd be a Crewman Recruit and Not an Ensign. However later on you would have an opportunity to take the written Officer's Exam which would take you to the SIM rank of Lt. Junior Grade. The Exam is not offered to all enlisted crew.
