Following discussions with the International Co-Ordinator myself and Sam felt that the Department was starting to become 'All Chief And No Indians.'
That basically means that virtually everyone was a Senior Official and virtually no-one was a normal member. We came to a decision that in order to maintain the efficiency of the Department, Certain People were to be released, Positions to be scrapped and Sub-Departments to be decommissioned.
After Hard though we came to our final decision.
• General Razwana Bhatti is released as Assistant Department Director. Razwana we thank you for helping the sim to become a better place for everyone.
• The Position Of Assistant Department Director has now been scrapped.
• The Position Of Chief Of Operations & Cadet Steward Have Been Removed
• The Positions of Fleet Commander & Assistant Fleet Commander Have Been Removed
• The Position of Academy Director has been created to command the Academy side of the Department
• Captain Steve Lackey is assigned as the Academy Director
