Your orders are as follows,

Collect your team and proceed immediately to the planet Havaris. You are to covertly infiltrate the planet and; Investigate the Pah-wraith cultist’s involvement. Investigate the Cardassian involvement, find out who and why. Determine the extent of Breen involvement. You will then covertly exfiltrate and submit your report.

These cultists are total whack jobs for certain. We saw some of their “offerings” to the Pah-wraiths, real messy. I haven’t been able to pin down their involvement here and, why the Spoons are working with them, other than they are looking for some artifact that will help them release the Pah-wraiths, maybe to destabilize the Bajor sector? There’s no small amount of tension between the Spoons and the cultists either. The Cardassian “Order Akleen” seems to be running the operation with the Breen acting as mercenaries. I’m sure that there’s more than meets the eye with this relationship. There’s a Glinn Toka running the order, I don’t remember him from any of the files. Can you find me anything on him? After a great deal of eavesdropping, I found there are a group of Ferengi traders that sold information about the settlers to the Cardies.
