Division Order Bibb 1 - Creation Of Order System
The present administration recognises the need for a way of transmitting orders down from the administration to the membership.
As such and pursuant to the powers vested in me as Coordinator of the division, the Division Authorization Orders System is created.
All Orders shall be referred to in numeric form whilst the authorizing administrator is still in office. Upon the administrator leaving office, his/her orders are archived in the format Surname #Order Number.
It is also publicised that only the currentDivision Coordinator is authorised to create or make ammendments to a Division Order.
