Of Recent Discussions with the IC, I have also compiled my own thoughts for ways to go with the Division.
I have decided that to separate Maquis Ranks and SIM Ranks, the SIM Ranks will follow with Star Fleet Imagery. Where Maquis Rank Images are posted within the Sim Pages is is the Official MFI Rank and where Star Fleet Rank Images are posted within the Sim Pages it is the Official SIM Rank.
On a final note as we are a 'fleet' and not a 'force', this also goes with the above. The Ranks of 'Force Captain and Force Admiral' are hereby rescinded by the Sim Division and replaced with 'Fleet Captain and Fleet Admiral.'
