Samuel J. Bibb entered Star Fleet Academy in the year 2368 studying Security & Aviation. In the year 2370, Samuel J. Bibb was offered a position within the Nova Squadron, this was turned down to focus solely on Security. In the Year 2371 following graduation of the Security Course, Cadet Bibb opted to stay on for the Advanced Security Course. Following the end of this two year course, Cadet Bibb was promoted to Ensign and signposted to the USS Polaris as a Security Specialist. Here, Ensign Bibb felt Starship Life firsthand. In 2374 whilst on an away team, the team leader fell ill and Ensign Bibb was required to take control of the situation. For showing excellent leadership in a potentially unstable situation, Ensign Sam Bibb was promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade. In 2380, following the unexpected death of the USS Polaris Chief of Security, Lieutenant Junior Grade Sam Bibb was promoted to Full Lieutenant and assigned Chief Of Security & Bridge Security Officer. In 2386, following the transfer of the USS Polaris' Commanding Officer to Deep Space 7 Lieutenant Bibb was made a personal request by the new Deep Space 7 CO to join her as her First Officer. This was accepted and Lieutenant Bibb was prtomoted to Lieutenant Commander and transferred to Deep Space 7. In 2390 following a major attack on Deep Space 7 rendering the CO dead, Lt. Commander Bibb defected to the Maquis where he was promoted to Commander and Executive Officer of the Starbase Essex.

Samuel Bibb has recently returned to active service within the organisation and commissioned the LP Skylark in Zone 10 as from January 5th, 2013 as Commanding Officer. Previously assigned as Executive Officer, Starbase Essex (also in Zone 10) until the commissioning of LP Skylark.<br><br>Prior to retirement from active service, Captain Bibb served in a Tier III position as Inaugural Division Head of the Maquis Forces Simm Division, a project designed to cater for Star-trek Play-by-email (PBEM) roleplaying within the Organisation.<br><br>
