Addition of Interim Essex MarDet OIC

As the MSS Essex now has an interim MarDet OIC, Trooper Freya Fuller, that information has been added.

The listed rank of "Trooper" would be equivalent to Private First Class. The rank pin shown on the Essex's MarDet page is the one shown on the Marines/ranks page (http://wiki.maquis.com/w/Marines/ranks) as that of "Trooper."

Minor spelling correction & rank update

There was a minor spelling correction needed on the header of the 2nd Regiment page, with regards to the word "Brigadier." Also, pursuant to Authorization Order 3008, the rank of the Impetuous' CO was updated.

Update of MFS Pathfinder

As the CO of MFS Pathfinder has relocated to Washington State & Zone 9, the MFMC 2nd Regiment page has been updated. The cell remains part of the 2nd Regiment.
