The member roster of Special Operations Command is classified
MISSION: To conduct covert operations against any agency that would or could compromise the security of the Maquis and/or its goals, including any internal threats. To obtain any information and/or technology which could further the goals of the Maquis. To eliminate all threats while providing plausible deniability to the command structure as to any activities. Using conventional or unconventional methods, exploit and eliminate any intelligence gathering attempts of enemy forces on Maquis resources or personnel.
PREMISE: The SOC are the Black Ops arm of the Maquis. For all intents and purposes they do not exist. Their goal is to ensure the safety of the Maquis, before the threat ever becomes a viable possibility. To this end, they will work deep undercover, infiltrating all enemy and friendly organizations. They obtain and use any technology they find to further their goals. Individual Operatives may remain "sleeping" for decades before ultimately striking or reporting. They answer only to the SOC Director and the Maquis Security Advisor and their loyalty is only to the goals of the Maquis and never to any individual rebel.
