Department Edicts are orders and laws within the Sim which the president publicises and uses to control the department.
Stardate 07051.8
The new position edict is in place
Commanding Officer's must hold rank Captain or above in Sim
Executive Officer's must hold rank Lt. Commander or above in Sim
Department Head's must hold rank Lieutenant or above in Sim
The Sim President holds rank Force Admiral in Sim
The Sim Vice President holds rank Admiral or equivalent in Sim

In line with Edict #1 effective immediately Razwana Bhatti is promoted to the Rank of General in Sim and assigned all the privileges that may come with it.
Also in line with Edict #1 effective immediately Christopher Huff is assigned Chief Science Officer: MFS New Voyager and promoted to rank Lieutenant in Sim

Two SIM Academy Training Programs have been established.They are the:
-Shuttle Enterprise Training Program
-Star Ship Millenia Training Program
Shuttle Enterprise has been designed to accomodate 1-3 Cadets in a comforting environment.
Starship Millenia has been designed to accomodate 5-20 Cadets
Please Bear In Mind that unless you complete one of the Academy Training Programs you will not be posted to a mainstream vessel
