The Registrar will serve as Administrative Coordinator for the Maquis Academy Office of Certifications and Degrees.
- Ideas and proposals are evaluated, developed, and approved under the lead oversight of this office working under the guidance of the Academy Commandant.
- CLARIFICATION: Final approval of ALL cert/degree program offerings belongs to the Academy Commandant.

- Required Course Work: Leadership 101, AVI101, AVI201 and a new (reletively simple) exam (AVI202?)(could also be a Military Tactics & Strategy College Exam) focusing on Three Dimentional Thruster Maneuvering as seen in STII:TWoK and Submarine Films ("Z Plus 300 Meters": Straight up, "Z Minus 200 Meters": Straight Down, Pivoting, etc) possibly based on Submarine Reference Material.
