The Division OIC is the top of the Division Chain of Command (COC). He/she is responsible for the Division as a whole, and his duties include: Acting as liaison between the Division and the other branches; approving/disapproving recommendations of the Division Staff; appointing all members of the Division Staff; forwarding to the Coordinator Council and Awards Board his/her own recommendations for awards and promotions of SSD personnel; and reporting to Chief of Operations and Vice-Force Admiral. The Division Commander is to represent the club as a whole to the international community and to other fan clubs. The DDC shall properly assist the Division Commander, general staff, and members at large.
The Division Commanderâ€™s right hand, the Deputy Division Commander (DDC) is second in command of the Division as a whole and shall preside over the SSD Council in the DCOâ€™s absence.. The DDC is responsible for the smooth operation of the Division as a whole, including assisting in the administration of special security programs. The DDC also coordinates the various chapters/units of the Division and oversees their smooth operation through liaison with MFMC HQ, SOC HQ and Naval HQ. The DDC is to assist the Division Commander, and members at large. The Deputy Division Commander is to represent the club as a whole to the international community and to other fan clubs. The DDC shall properly assist the Division Commander, general staff, and members at large.
Acting as Liaison between the enlisted members and the Division Staff, the Division Sergeant Major (DSGTMAJ) helps the Division staff to disseminate information and keep in touch with the enlisted members as a whole. The Master Chief Petty Officer for the SSD will also be responsible for ensuring information on the creating and conducting of 'fun activities' is available to SSD members, as well as encouraging the same whenever possible. This person will seek out and collect information of a fandom or silly nature to share with the Special Security Membership. In short to remind us all of the lighter side of life. The DSGTMAJ also assist on possible SSD Council Projects on a case by case basis as a member of the general staff.

The STRADOC is responsible for establishing the fictional universe for Special Security. Specifically, he is responsible for developing materials and programs for the SSD Academy, and for developing the SSDâ€™s doctrine (the way in which the SSD would intend to conduct operations in the Trek future). STRADOC invents and develops equipment, organization, strategy and tactics to complete the doctrinal picture of the SSD universe; then trains the members in it. STRADOC may also appoint Instructors to administrate development and training issues particular to the SSD Branch of Service.

The Division Recruiting Officer (DRO) helps the Division staff to find new recruits for the SSD, encourage field Operatives to plan and become involved in special events, disseminate information and keep in touch with the SSD Operatives as a whole.
The Department of Security Computer Operations (DSCO) acts as the head of special security computer ops. This person will gather all reports of the SSD and special security activity and present it to the DDC and DSMCPO. They will also be responsible for the SSD website and its condition. The field Operatives who head Special Security programs for their cells should report to this individual, unless otherwise listed.
